Will my GO WUSTL account expire after I graduate?
Your GO WUSTL account will not expire as a result of graduation. Washington University has no plans to discontinue use of the GO WUSTL email system in the foreseeable future. Should changes occur, we will communicated that to account holders well in advance.
I can't log in! It says my password is wrong! Where do I reset my password?

How can I set up my GO WUSTL account to be accessed from a desktop client?
There are a variety of programs (such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail) you can use to access your GO WUSTL account. Microsoft provides excellent help and walk-through wizards to help you set up your GO WUSTL account access. Outlook's email setup help will provide you with step-by-step instructions.
Once I have activated my GO WUSTL account, where will all my email go?
Email that is sent to your @wustl.edu address will automatically be forwarded to your GO WUSTL account.
What is my GO WUSTL password?
Your GO WUSTL password is the same password you use for your WUSTL KEY. Each time you change your WUSTL KEY password, your GO WUSTL password is synchronized with it, making them the same. Even though you may find how to change your GO WUSTL password through searching through the online Windows Live services, we strongly recommend that you do not change your GO WUSTL password to a different password. Keep it the same as your WUSTL KEY password so you have only one to remember! And, you will find your campus support will be much easier if you keep your password the same by letting WUSTL KEY sync them for you. Remember: if you change your WUSTL KEY password, you will need to manually change it on any mobile device and/or application that you may be using to access your GO WUSTL account.
What is my new email address?
Your email address is still what you see for your @wustl.edu address. If you are not sure what that is, log in to WebSTAC and check it there.
How can I deactivate my GO WUSTL account?
Once your account has been activated, you cannot deactivate it. Eventually, all undergraduate (and some select graduate) students will be moved to GO.
Where are all my old emails?
Your old email is still in your school folder. You can move that mail to GO by following the appropriate instructions on the Helpful Resources page.
I just activated my GO account and none of my school mail is showing up!
It may take up to two business days for your mail to forward. If it has been more than two days, please email gohelp@wustl.edu with the problem.
What happens to my current school email?
Current school email is being forwarded to your @wustl. edu email, which is being sent to your GO WUSTL account.

How can I change my name that is displayed in the address book?
At this time, there is no way for students to change their display name.
Will my mail continue to forward to some other email service like it was before GO?
If you had set your mail to forward to another mail service, such as Yahoo or Gmail, you will need to set that up again. Instructions for redirecting your GO mail are found on the Helpful Resources page.
How long will my mail remain in my "Deleted" folder?
Deleted mail will remain 14 days and then will automatically be removed by the Live@edu system. If you want to keep deleted emails, then move them to a separate folder so that they are not auto-deleted.
How do I go from Outlook LIght (on the web) to the Full Verson of Outlook?
1. Click “Options” in the upper right corner.
2. Click “Accessibility” in the left column.
3. Uncheck "Use the blind..."
4. Click "Save" at the top.
5. Log out and log back in.
How do I change my display name on my email account?
Contact the Registrar 5-5959 to change the "familiar name". Once that is complete, contact Student Technology Services to request your "familiar name" be displayed.
