Welcome new WUSTL Students!

If you have recently activated your GO WUSTL email account, this web page can help you with many of the questions you may have.  This page contains FAQs, instructions for how to connect to your GO WUSTL email account from various devices and email clients, and even information on how you can forward messages to another email account.  Please take the time to explore the links on the left side of this page.

Did you know?

When you give out your University email address, you should use the address ending in @wustl.edu instead of your address ending in @go.wustl.edu. This will help reduce spam email in your account by routing all your messages through the University spam filter. If you would like more information about configuring or disabling Microsoft's spam filter, please follow our instructions.

Notice to students with GO WUSTL email accounts activated BEFORE 04/21/2012:

Your GO WUSTL SkyDrive storage space is changing!  Microsoft is going to REDUCE the amount of cloud storage you have, but for a limited time, you can go online and request it to be at 25GB (that is what we have now!)  Microsoft’s explanation about this change is found here:  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/skydrive/loyalty

Here's how to get your SkyDrive storage to 25GB even after this change:

1.      Click on the GO WUSTL icon above.  You will be directed to login to WUSTL Connect to login with your WUSTL KEY and password.

2.     This will take you to your GO WUSTL inbox.

3.      Once in to your GO account, look at the top of the page.  Click on SkyDrive.

4.    On that page, there is an announcement to "claim your free 25GB" space.  Click the announcement.

5.    On the following page, click the "Free Upgrade" button.

That's it!  BUT you must act quickly - we do not know how long this offer will last!

Note from Arts & Sciences:

Students in Arts & Sciences who are looking for a way to publish their web pages should look to Word Press, according to Arts and Sciences Help Desk:

Word Press is the solution used by Microsoft Live@EDU (providers of the GO WUSTL accounts). Students who wish to create a web page, can do so using Word Press. Here is a tutorial that will help them to get started and walk them through the process of creating a Word Press account:
